Q - Can I get things like: land line telephone line / mobile phone contracts etc...


A - Telephone land line can be obtained only for those holding residency. Z.P agreements are the discretion of individual outlets. Mobile phone contracts are available.


Q - Earthquake Tax?

- It is statuary government requirement that all new buildings have earthquake insurance cover. Zenith Properties will provide this cover for the first year from purchase date. additional cover can be purchased.


Q - Where can I get house insurance from? Are they good, reliable?


A
- The insurance company recommended by Zenith properties is government registered and will offer various packages to suit the customer. our staff are available to assist.


Q - Monthly outgoing,roughly what will they be? Is it expensive?


A - Monthly outgoings will vary according to personal use but a guide would be : Electricity approx. 80 GBP per 2 months.

Water approx. 20 GBP Per 2 months.
Property tax approx. 50 - 100 GBP per year


Q - What is included in the Zenith Properties 3 years warranty ?

- Zenith Properties 3 year warranty states that any defects with the building materials used or fixtures and fittings which have been included to all new builds will be replaced or repaired should any fault occur. Zenith Properties are not responsible for any damage by the owners of the properties. All furnitures etc. are covered by manufacturers warranty.



A - All customers will be accompanied to the Notary by English speaking staff and all procedures will be explained in full. All documents are in Turkish but a translation of the Power of Attorney is available from us. Any other translations can be arranged with a government approved translator for small fee.


Q - What is a Tapu? will all the papers be in my name?


A
- The Tapu is the Title Deeds for the property. The Tapu will be registered in either joint or single names at the purchasers request.


Q - How do you get residence ? if at all, how long can i stay at any one time ?


A
- Residency details are available and is relatively easy to obtain Zenith staff are available to advise, Visas must be renewed every 3 months.


Q - Do you furnish the Villas , if not would you help?


A
-Villas can be furnished by us or our staff will take the customer shopping in the local area to choose furnishings according to the individual budget.Furnishings are not included in the build cost.


Q - If for example Dalaman airport was closed, where is the nearest airport? Could you arrange my transfers?

-When Dalaman airport is closed the nearest airport is Antalya and transfers can be arranged through our After Sales Dept.Alternatively,flights can be made to Dalaman via Istanbul.


Q - Do you Landscape the gardens, is that an extra? what about the BBQ's ?


A
- Landscaping is not inculuded in project cost but we can give you a price and we can landscape, barbeques can be quoted for also , gardens are cleared of debris , and leveled.


Q - Can i change the interior plans if in the early stages of construction ? What about the last stages?


A
- Inerior plans can be changed if requested at the onset of each project, if changes are required when the project is near to completion charges may be incurred.


Q - Building Spec. On surrounding areas? Are there any plans in place ?


A
- Any area of open land surrounding our project not belonging to us could possibly be used for further development by others. However,we will endeavour to find out such information if at all possible.


Q - Surrounds & windows /doors -what materials are used ?


A
-Depending on the project specifications we will use either PVC or natural wood for windows and complimentary match for the exterior doors.


Q - Are all materials used TSE registered ?


A
- All materials and fixtures & fittings are Turkish Standart Enstution ( TSE ) registered.


Q - What happens on the legal side of things? what will i need ?


A
- You will need to obtain a tax number from the tax office, then set up a Turkish bank account, you will need 12 passport size photos, if you are not going to be in Turkey at the time of the Title Deed arriving you will need to give your power of attorney to one of our staff to obtain it on your behalf.
