Dear All at Zenith,

Just a quick note to say a big thank you to you all for all your help and assistance in the building of Villa Greenhill in Uzumlu.

William and I are absolutely delighted with the build and also your kindness shown to us by all your staff. The trouble you went to to assist us with everything was just incredible and we could not thank you enough.

We would Iike to say a special thank you to Lorren who went shopping with us and managed to negotiate goods deals on everything we bought.

Everything about the villa is just perfect and we hope to spend many happy times there. We have to say a big thanks to Zenith, they truly have made a dream come true for us.

Your service and care you took over the villa was wonderful and we thank you all very, very much.
A big thanks also goes to CarI and Dev, who have now become good friends, who without their help things would not have went so smoothly.

We hope to see you all again soon.

We used Carl to hard landscape our gardens.Which we have to say now look amazing.

He was so helpful in giving us ideas that we would never have thought of but actually enhanced our ideas.(Great team work).
Throughout the project he was concerned about our satisfaction and it became clear that he also gets a great sense of pride from his work.

Even when the job was finished and payments were made in full,Carl still came to see if there were any problems and that we were still happy.The big question....would we use him again?  Yes,without hesitation.

We first met Carl and Dev from Zenith Turks through friends who used Zenith Turks to source their land and then design and build their beautiful villa in Uzumlu.

We were actually only over for a two week trip to stay with our friends but were so impressed with the area, the quality of the home they'd had built and the wonderful relationship they had built up with not only Carl and Dev but also their daughter Lorren that within two weeks of coming home we'd been in touch with Carl and Dev and arranged to go back out to meet with them and view some apartments in Fethiye.

Carl and Dev could not have been more helpful - they really listened to what we were looking for and also considered our budget before showing us around a selection of apartments. Luckily for us we found a lovely apartment and went ahead with the purchase and that's where Carl and Dev really came into their own.

They don't have that "take the money and leave you to it approach". They helped us in so many ways that the whole process was simple and we didn't have the sleepless nights we hear others talking about due to concerns about the integrity of the people they have been dealing with.

Knowing that Carl and Dev are on site in Turkey and happy to provide ongoing help and support brings us great peace of mind which we truly appreciate.
